How is it done?

Afan Photography's online partner has access to a little known source of Fairy Dust

which has been incorporated into a secret software coding with which the original

photo is transformed!

How long does it take?

7 to 10 working days from bringing your photo in to your tranformed prints being

ready for you to pick up!

How much does it cost?

Just £49.99 for a single transformation - though we're sure you'll think the end result is priceless!

Do you need a particular type or quality of original?

We can work with your own original photograph (print or digital) to create the

tranformation, either a minimum 6x4" print or a high resolution (300dpi) digital image. 

The subject should fill most of the image.

Will any photograph of the subject work?

There are a number of poses which will work well, click here to view sample poses

and their recommended backgrounds.

The poses are a guide and don't have to be copied exactly.

To achieve the right effect, the subjects arms and legs need to be uncovered

with fingers and toes visible where appropriate for the pose.

Digital photos taken with mobile/cell phones are unlikely to be suitable.

Prints produced on home desk/inkjet printers are unlikelty to be suitable.

What background pictures are there to choose from?

There is a range of background templates to suite the sample poses, new backgrounds

are introduced on a regular basis.  Click here to view currently available backgrounds .

I don't have, or can't provide, a suitable photograph, can you help?

If you live locally to the studio  , bring your little one in and we'll take a suitable photo

for you at no additional cost!

What do I get for the basic (£49.99) price?

You will receive two transformed 9x6" unmounted prints of a single subject.*

Yes, we can incorporate up to three children into one transformation but there is an EXTRA

£34.99 charge for each additional child. 

What if I want additional prints or an enlargement?

Extra prints, mounted and/or framed enlargements, canvas prints plus a wide range of photo

gift items (eg, keyrings, mugs, bags, etc) can all be ordered at the same time as your Basic Package or

you can wait to see the initial tranformation prints and then order extras!

We will create a custom package of reprints, enlargements, etc at great prices for you in store.

Why does a single Digital Image cost more than the basic print package?

By supplying you with a Digital Image, Afan Photography is effectively licencing

unlimited reproduction of a copyright image and giving up the opportunity to supply you

with your additional prints and enlargements.

I'd love to have my child's photo transformed but I don't live anywhere near your

studio, can Fairy Photos be ordered online?

ONLINE ORDER PROCESS

Yes.  There's a simple four step process to submit an order:

ONE  Click here to upload your digital image 

TWO:  Complete the Fairy Photo Order/Enquiry Form

THREE:  If your image is suitable for transformation, I'll then

send you an invoice, including postage/packing costs if appropriate.

FOUR:  After receipt of your cleared payment, your Fairy Photo's will be 

despatched within 7-10 working days (usually sooner). 

 How do I pay for an online order?

The online order form provides you the option to request your invoice for payment through 

Paypal (using your own Paypal account or your credit/debit card), by

cheque/PO (for UK customers only) or by Online Banking (your invoice will include

the necessary details of our bank account).

Payment will not be requested until we are happy that your image will transform successfully!

Can grown-ups be transformed into Fairies?

Of course grown-ups can be fairies too!   If you provide the image yourself, the basic

price applies!  If you don't have a suitable image Afan Photography will be happy to take

the photo for you - ask for details!  There are other options for grown-ups

I have one of your Christmas Fairy Photo leaflets, can I still use it to get an extra print free?

You certainly can! 

You can also have your tranformation for the price on the leaflet any time during 2008!
